Sheldon, 10 y.o. and Emerson 9 y.o. (Year 2017)

About Sheldon and Emerson

Sheldon Chong, 11, and Emerson Chong, 10, are young authors, artists, cartoonists, workshop facilitators and musicians. They have conducted many cartooning workshops for children and adults. Emerson also conducted a Creative Cartooning Workshop for secondary school students at the Young Changemakers Summit 2016. They have also won many art competitions. Emerson was the Champion and Sheldon won an Outstanding Prize in an International Children Drawing Contest. They have published their own children’s storybooks and comic books. Many children were inspired to start drawing and creating stories after reading the storybooks they authored. They have written 2 more children's storybooks which are awaiting publication. They are currently working on their fourth children’s storybook. Sheldon plays the piano and drum and Emerson plays the guitar and sings. They have recently formed a band and participate in open mic sessions.
